The Bone Building Method is a 12-week group coaching program that combines fitness and nutrition in one complete package. Over the course of three months, you'll follow progressive workouts, receive a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, and get a personalized nutrition plan from a Registered Dietitian. Plus, you'll have access to an e-course with weekly modules (available for a full year) and learn from expert guest speakers. Stay supported between sessions with our private Slack channel, where you can get extra help anytime!
You will get 12 weeks of workouts delivered via an app that include progressive strength, balance, power, and mobility exercises. Each exercise will have a video demonstration and step by step instructions to make the virtual experience even better!
Hannah Davis, RD will be conducting an HTMA mineral test on each person who signs up. Once she reviews your results, she will develop a personalized nutrition protocol for you and then meet with you individually to discuss your plan.
Each week, you will complete a new module relating to a specific bone health topic, which we will discuss more in depth on our live coaching call.You'll get additional support between calls via a private Slack channel where you can connect with other class members too!
